As an important part of the pneumatic system, the pneumatic manual valve plays a key role in controlling gas flow. Its role is not only reflected in the normal operation of daily pneumatic systems, but also plays a vital role in emergency response and maintenance.
The pneumatic manual valve can adjust the flow of gas through manual operation. In the pneumatic system, by adjusting the opening degree of the pneumatic manual valve, the operator can accurately control the flow of gas, thereby adjusting the movement speed and strength of the pneumatic actuator (such as a cylinder). This flexible flow control capability is crucial for pneumatic systems with different process requirements, such as positioning parts on an assembly line or processing intensity of workpieces in mechanical equipment.
Pneumatic manual valves can also manually adjust the flow direction of gas. By switching the position or direction of the pneumatic manual valve, the operator can change the flow direction of the gas so that the gas flows to different ports of the cylinder, thereby controlling the movement direction of the cylinder (such as forward and backward) or the action direction of other actuators.
